If you have enrolled for a course with www.anujjindal.in and have made the required payment for the same, the refund timeline is limited to 14 days from the purchase of the course in case the course is not provided as per required promises for course content. Please read the “Terms & Conditions for Refund Policy” below.

Please note that the refund timelines depend on the bank turnaround time and related RBI guidelines. These timelines may be subject to change from time to time.

Purchases made on www.anujjindal.in can be returned with an original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any convenience (5%) charges. Once a refund is issued, your banking institution may take up to 10 business days for this to be applied to your account.

Terms & Conditions for Refund Policy

• Personal Issues/ Financial Issues: Demand for refund will not be entertained in case of any personal or financial issue. 
• Not satisfied with the Quality of Mentorship: All the demo videos of the course are uploaded on the YouTube channel for free. The aspirants are expected to go through them before enrolling in the course. No refund will be initiated in this case. 
• Timing of the classes are not as per the convenience of One Student: The classes are free of reservations and biases. They are scheduled in morning or evening. If there is an issue maintaining uniformity with the schedule then a provision to watch the recorded versions anytime in the mobile application or web has been given. No refunds will be initiated in this case.
• Course is not Covered Completely: All the mentors will stick with the module of the exam. Aspirants are advised to go through the contents of the course prior enrollment. In case an aspirant finds a module that has not been covered and is important with the exam point of view, the missing module will be addressed by the mentors and include it in the upcoming schedule. No dispute and request of refund will be entertained in this case.
• Language Barrier: The language of the course is mentioned in the course bundle before the purchase is done. No refund will be initiated in this case. However, in case the course is in different language than the one disseminated, refund will be initiated.
• Do not want to Prepare Anymore: If at a certain interval the student decides that he/ she doesn’t wish to prepare anymore, no refund will be initiated.
• Ineligible for the Exam: If the student learns upon enrolment that he/she is not eligible to appear in the exam, no refund will be initiated.
• Printed Material Delivery: The printed material will be delivered at your door step within 7-10 days post enrolment in the course. If you are unable to find the kit. Kindly report us within 30 days of the course purchased. Any query related to the delivery of the printed material will not be entertained after 30 days and no refund will be initiated.
